  • Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice

Clients must submit a cancellation request through email at support@mwatu.com or by contacting us at 0101676838. Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

    2. Early Termination

    Cancellation before the end of the billing cycle is allowed; however: Monthly Plans: No prorated refunds for unused days. Annual Plans: Prorated refunds may be issued for unused months, excluding any discounts applied at purchase.

    3. Cancellation Fees

    Mwatu does not charge cancellation fees. However, the following are non-refundable: Setup fees. Domain registration and renewal costs. Additional services or add-ons.

    4. Data Retention

    Once a service is canceled: Data and backups will be retained for 7 days after cancellation for account recovery purposes. After 7 days, all data will be permanently deleted.

    5. Service Violations

    Accounts terminated due to violations of Mwatu's Terms of Service (e.g., hosting illegal content or spamming) are not eligible for refunds.

    6. Policy Updates
