Our hosting services provide fast, reliable access, backed by free migration, ensuring a smooth start.

Each package brings essential storage and network features, including generous disk space (up to 100 GB on Gold), ample RAM, and extensive bandwidth to handle high-traffic demands. Customers benefit from unlimited email accounts, customizable subdomains, and flexible SQL databases, making it easy to manage data and online presence with ease. This Terms of Service is an agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and Mwatu Hosting. This POLICY sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by us and on our websites (collectively, the “Services”). This POLICY governs the use of Mwatu’s Web Hosting Services. Violation of this POLICY may result in suspension or termination of your service. In the event of a dispute between you and Mwatu regarding the interpretation of this POLICY, Mwatu hosting’s interpretation, in its reasonable commercial judgment, shall govern. The following is the entire TERMS OF SERVICE agreement between Mwatu Hosting and the personal or corporate account holder. Mwatu hosting provides World Wide Web Hosting, web design, and script installation. Mwatu hosting has certain legal and ethical responsibilities consistent with the use of its servers and equipment involved in these services. Mwatu hosting’s general policy is to act as a provider of Internet presence. Mwatu hosting reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all services provided by Mwatu hosting when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used.

  • Privacy Guarantee
  • Mwatu guarantees client contact information is securely stored and no sharing of such information with third parties.

  • Uptime Guarantee
  • Mwatu has a 99.95% uptime that is observed for its services. Please note that scheduled downtime is not counted as ‘real downtime’ since prior communication will be made to affected users.

  • Technical Support
  • Mwatu provides 24-hour support all the days of the year. Avenues of communication include calls, live chat, emails, and ticket methods.

  • Payments
  • Mwatu accepts payments via Lipa Na Mpesa, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. - Services are offered for specified periods of time depending on the subscription and should be renewed before the period elapses. - When your service is about to expire, we will send you an invoice via email for renewal 60 days before the expiry date. We will then send email reminders 30 days and 10 days to expiry. We will also send an email expiry notification on the day of domain/service expiry. We also follow up with calls and SMS to ensure you received our notifications regarding your service status. - If not renewed by the expiry date, your service will then be suspended. Access to the service can then be provided only if renewal is done in full. - If you do not plan on renewing your service, we recommend you take a backup of the data in your hosting plan and save it offline before the service expires and is suspended. - Services not renewed will be terminated permanently after expiry and after the grace period elapses based on this criterion: - VPS and Dedicated Servers: Services will be terminated 3 days after expiry. NOTE: We will not be held responsible for the loss of any data hosted in a service not renewed.

  • Refund Policy
  • Mwatu does NOT offer refunds for any services offered, including but not limited to domain registration, hosting account setup, server setup, SSL setup, website creation, and domain transfer. Refunds are only offered for overpayments, payments made without service, or incorrect transactions.

  • Account Activation
  • - Shared and reseller web hosting plans are activated instantly. - VPS servers are activated within 2 hours in most cases. - Dedicated servers are activated within 6 hours.

  • Content and Prohibited Actions
  • Customers agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. Mwatu prohibits the following content on our servers and network. You MUST not publish or transmit via Mwatu hosting’s service any content that Mwatu hosting reasonably believes: 1. Constitutes child pornography or pornography. 2. Incites violence, threatens violence, or contains harassing content or hate speech. 3. Violates privacy or defames others. 4. Promotes illegal drugs or gambling or violates export control laws. 5. Is otherwise illegal or encourages illegal conduct. Service Termination: Mwatu hosting will terminate service for any violation of these rules. No refunds will be provided for such cases.

  • Anti-Spam Policy
  • We have zero tolerance for SPAM. Accounts found sending SPAM will be immediately suspended. Repeated violations will result in permanent removal from our servers.

  • Hosting Transfers
  • Our Transfers Team offers migration assistance as a courtesy. However, we do not guarantee the availability or success of account transfers.

  • User Content
  • Users are solely responsible for all content posted on their websites hosted with Mwatu. By posting User Content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so. Mwatu reserves the right to remove or suspend services without refund for violations.

  • Acceptable Usage Policy
  • Refer to our Acceptable Usage Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  • Changes to Our Terms
  • Mwatu reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time without notice. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Service regularly for updates.
